Just a quickie: I was trying to find the 'accepted' way of formatting biblipgraphic references to web pages and found an offical source. The interesting bit to me is the addition of 'retrieved on' information, acknowledging that pages on the web can evolve over time, or disappear entirely, and so the reference format specifies the temporal dimension as well.
